Serves as the lead talent acquisition expert for assigned business units. Partners with hiring managers and business leaders to identify qualified candidates, seeks feedback and makes hiring recommendations. Educates and communicates appropriate expectations to and influence hiring managers and Human Resources business partners regarding the talent acquisition process.
Responsible for overall ownership of engineering relating to design function at the vehicle level, acting as the architect of their design from concept and evaluation to production launch and in-field quality control.
Solves complex problems such as technical issues and has the ability to provide solutions to problems using both creative processes and analytical methods. Works independently, requiring guidance on only the most complex situations.
Provide input into design for manufacture, establish process guidelines and templates, risk assessment/mitigation (PFMEA), after action reviews (AAR) and other related manufacturing process development functions.
Responsible for the overall success of pay-for-performance consultant visits. Management of the performance consulting process including coordination, scheduling, reporting, follow-up, dealer relationship management, and field communication.
