Responsible for the overall inside sales operations in assigned area of responsibility; manages inbound and/or outbound inside sales representatives who are responsible for closing sales via telephone.
Hire, manage, coach and motivate SDR and LDR team members to achieve results.Setting and tracking sales targets through metric achievement to fuel demand generation and improve lead to opportunity conversion rates.
Develop roadmap of strategic and tactical initiatives to increase effectiveness and efficiency of all assigned DGR teams; develop working partnership with Sales Managers and Marketing teams to drive feedback on sales / demand enablement needs.
Manage engineered solution projects, using project management methodologies, supporting sales; ensuring the "doability" of the deal (prior to award); and ensuring execution of the business within scope, on-schedule as promised.
Manages a team of inside sales representatives who meet sales targets through telemarketing, email marketing, direct mail, and web-based sales strategies. Work with the Marketing team to create & implement powerful marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will have experience and expertise in managing inside sales teams; inspire the team to build new client relationships through a strategic sales approach increasing sales activities and achieving quarterly/yearly targets.
You'll be responsible for establishing quotas, developing and executing operating plans, and ensuring sales objectives are met, while maintaining effective communications with executives and managers across the organization.
