As the Brand Creative Director, you will translate the look, feel and character of the Tile brand across multiple platforms - from web, to mobile, print, social media, email and beyond. You’ll manage the internal creative services team and agencies to help evolve the brand, and bring marketing initiatives to life.
- Manage Creative Services team to translate the look, feel and character of the Tile brand across multiple platforms
- Design communications systems for new products and features
- Collaborate with cross functional teams: Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership to create marketing & sales materials including emails, websites, presentations, and brand campaigns
- Help evolve the Tile brand visuals, including the style guide, templates, and brand assets
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency across Sales, Marketing, and Product Design
- 10+ years experience in graphic design or communications design with 5+ years managing a team of internal and/or agency/freelance designers
- An online portfolio with examples of responsive websites, emails, ads, print materials etc.
- Strong sense of typography, visual design, and composition
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Working knowledge of print, packaging and point of sale design/production
- Experience using Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Illustration, photography, or video skills a plus!
