The Director of Business Systems Analysis is responsible for directing and overseeing functional program activities and projects related to Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis. This includes acting as an IT Advocate providing support between business units and IT, interfacing with business unit and IT management teams to identify capital budget plans, new demand for IT efforts, and establish cross business IT priorities.  This role provides oversight on the development and execution of business and functional requirements analysis standards, including providing analytical insight and process improvement. Responsible for Business Analysis team capacity planning, hiring, work assignments, and setting and monitoring budget forecasts. This position requires  the knowledge and experience to work at the highest level of Agile and Waterfall systems requirements.  

Qualifications
a)     Education & Training
·    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field (or equivalent work experience).
·    IIBA, CCBA, BAP, Scrum Master, and Agile Product Owner Certification preferred
